Our brand new facility is designed with your convenience in mind, offering direct access to your belongings with drive-up storage. These 172 storage units allow you to park directly in front of your storage unit door – no stairs or elevators to worry about! A light with motion detection above each roll-up door makes storing your stuff easier than ever.
The 26,000 square feet of enclosed storage provides 10' wide units with lengths of 10', 15', 20' & 30'. With a variety of sizes to choose from, you’ll have plenty of room for your camping gear, yard equipment, tools, and more. Whatever you have to store, we can handle it at Bondad U Store!

We offer 8,000 square feet of covered storage to keep your vehicle protected from the elements, ensuring your vehicle remains in tip-top shape while stored. And with a convenient location near Highway 550, you can hit the road and start your weekend trip in no time.
We also offer more than 50,000 square feet of open storage that can be used for boats, trailers, RVs, and any other large items. All open storage is safely inside the fenced site.

The site is conveniently located 12 miles south of Durango at 300 CR 310, Durango, CO. The secure site is completely surrounded by a 7-foot high fence with access through an electronically controlled gate to provide 24-hour access to tenants.
A series of cameras use AI to monitor all activities within the fenced area, and at the gate. Throughout the site, lighting with motion detection is used to provide safe access for our tenants.
